I have several auctions (over 50) that did not auto launch yesterday. These show in my inventory as posted but are not on ebay or in the inventory posted section. These have been auto launching for months now the same way and this is the first time this has happened. Any suggestions?

one of the sku's is 896557022 Gameboy Advance Incredibles is only one. There are over 40 items that did not post.

ed says that you don't have problems with relisting like you indicated...thats your is an inventory issue....is that true?

After working through this with a customer we have noticed that inventory quantities are not updating, and it is failing your listings. I've forwarded this issue on to our engineering team to address, and I'll keep you posted of any updates. Your patience is appreciated.

Hi there,
This issue has been resolved, but note that the fix is not retroactive. This means that if you have items that closed between the morning of 10/4/06 and around 1 PM PDT on 10/5/06 and the corresponding inventory item is not reflecting the correct Qty at Market, you can manually adjust the Qty at Market (just click the number link under the Quantities column, and at the bottom of the item history page you can change the Qty at Market value.)

what if we manually listed our items yesterday? will our inventories correct themselves or is this something we have to manually change? Thank you also for all of your diligent work on this issue!

Came in this morning to only 16 auctions our of 99 listed. Please correct this. We are getting a bit fed up with this situation. We went to your system because of the ease of using it but this is more stress then listing directly to each site.

If you have new examples of incorrect quantities please provide us some examples. We were assured that this issue was corrected last week as soon as you addressed it. Now are you sure that you have made all correct adjustments to your quantities?

Hello,
Unfortunately the adjustments needing to be made include clicking that number showing 'quantity available' and then using the adjustment options at the bottom to reset it back to zero.
If these items are setup on automatic launch profiles that keep only one at market, those would need to be adjusted prior to the profile making another attempt to submit.
