If we put in a dispute against a non paying bidder and that bidder doesn't pay...the dispute is ended...does that inventory item go back into my available inventory? I know that the to be shipped section doesn't correct itself.

Hello Bruce,

Nope. You will have to correct that inventory item manually. We have received requests to have an auto readjustment option in the postsale just for this particular case.

How do we through vendio make sure that when we relist an unsold item, or an item that is not paid for, we get the insertion fee credit if eligible

Hi Bruce,

Well, you can always double check our work, but we send every auction you list through our service to ebay as a relist eligable item. This is regardless of whether it's a brand new listing or a relist. Ebay chooses whether your particular items are ultimately eligable or not.
