Having a little trouble. I made 8 listings. None have subtitles. All have a gallery picture. Yet in the features section the setting is on Value Pack (gallery plus subtitle). So, I uncheck Value pack, and when I click gallery picture, the Value Pack box automatically checks again even though the subtitle box in NOT checked. When I try to launch it says I need a subtitle. What should I do?

Hello,

Is there a particular item/s that this is happening with, that we can use to test with?

If its happening with everything, just let us know the title of any that you have seen this happen on.

Christopher

Hi. I also had a similar problem. What no one could ever answer me was how I got the phony "none" subtitle attached to the listing that flipped the obligatory default from gallery only to value pack. Perhaps I typed "none" in the empty text box. If you type anything at all in there including the word none it becomes a subtitle. Check your live auctions and see if there is a subtitle present even though you don't remember setting one yourself. If there is, Vendio is flipping the default to value pack to save you money and ebay does not allow edits or refunds for upgrade items.
Check your inventory items and be sure the the subtitle settings all have only the italics form of the word none defaulted in by the program when you type nothing.

Here's my question and posted response information earlier in the posting chain here if it helps:

Hello,

Another tip is to preview your listings before you submit them. When you preview the item as an eBay listing they will break down the eBay charges across the top of the page.
