I have posted this problem several times already. Sometimes when creating an Ebay ad when I get to the part just before or after the preview, the message is page loading, please wait. Of course, this means that the page is stuck and I have to begin the ad all over again. I have just attempted to creat an ad three times and I get the same message. Vendio's answer has been to delete the internet files and log off and log in again. I try this. Sometimes it will work for a while-sometimes it doesn't work. This is getting very frustrating and time consuming. Does anyone else have this problem?

Hello Dorris,
Unfortunatetly none of my collegues or I had no success in duplicating your complaint. It seems like you could be running into a time out issue. I'm sorry but if we are unable to replicate what you are experiencing, then we cannot fix the problem.
The problem you have described may be related to a full browser cache. In order to clear the cache and free up system resources, please take the following steps:
In Internet Explorer, look under "Tools" in the top menu bar. Open "Internet Options", and the option to clear the cache will appear under "Temporary Internet Files" in the "General" menu.
You can also click the "refresh" or "reload" button on your browser toolbar while pressing the Shift key on your keyboard.

Hi - just wanted to add, from what we can see, you're using an older version of Windows. The problem could be related to system resources, as older Windows versions do not have the memory optimization features that newer versions have. I'm not sure how much RAM memory is installed in your computer, but I would recommend closing ALL unnecessary applications and other browser windows when working in Sales Manager. Also, please clear your browser cache and history on a regular basis to avoid problems.
