I have a fixed price auction, featured plus that I went into ebay and changed the shipping charges. Is there a way to make changes to vendio so that when the customer checks out he gets the new shipping charge? I know that when I send a WBN I can change the shipping charges there, is there somewhere else I can change it for customers that do not wait for the WBN? Thanks you guys have been a lot of help.
To change the shipping options for your currently active listings, go to the All Active view in Sales Manager. Check the listing that you need to change the shipping options for, and click the "Set WBN" button. On the next page, you can edit the shipping information for your listing.
