HELP! It is supposed to be my busiest time of the year and I just realized that there is a major problem with my inventory management on Vendio (which I totally rely upon for relists). When you look in my inventory it shows that the custom re-launch is set for many items, yet when I look on ebay there is nothing listed for many items (and hasn't been for some time). It looks like some of them quit relaunching early in October. My inventory continues to show "1" on market for these items, but they are clealy not listed on ebay in either my store or on auction. I copied in the details of one of the transactions below ~ for some reason a bunch of items that did not sell on Oct. 4th did not relaunch on the 5th as scheduled yet the inventory list seems to say that they did as it shows "1" at market and have the custom auto launch set. Moderator ~ can you help me quickly? Thanks so much!
Sample of one not working:
10/05/2006 16:15:26 Skip launch Listing auto launch Qty. available: 6
Qty. eBay Auction: 1 Qty. market reached the limit
10/04/2006 16:23:26 Update quantities
Schedule Auto-Launch Listing close no sale Site:
Listing ID: 320032934141
Qty. available: 5 +1
Qty. eBay Auction: 1 -1
Scheduled Relist: 2006-10-05 16:15:00
Strategy: Schedule-Quantity ok

Hello Kathy,
Please reference this thread: http://www.vendio.com/mesg/read.html?num=66&thread=2104
This issue was resolved last week, but note that the fix is not retroactive. This means that if you had items that closed between the morning of 10/4/06 and around 1 PM PDT on 10/5/06 and the corresponding inventory item is not reflecting the correct Qty at Market, you can manually adjust the Qty at Market (just click the number link under the Quantities column, and at the bottom of the item history page you can change the Qty at Market value.)
Please let us know if you continue to experience problems with this, and thank you for your patience.

Thanks for your help Ed ~ it certainly would have been nice if Vendio would have posted this to their announcement board. I rely on you to let me know when things like this happen. I have been operating as normal for over 10 days assuming all was well. If you had posted an announcement once you knew about this I could have corrected it right away.... instead it has translated into missed opportunity for a lot of a sales during my busiest season of the year. I wonder how many other people have had this happen and still don't know about it?
