I cannot get vendio to recognize the categories I have in my ebay store. I went to My Account, Ebay site , clilcked on the CLICK HERE to update ebay categories and nothing has happened. Is there something else I need to do?

Hello Tracy,
I took a look at your account, and I can't find any evidence of the problem you outlined in your post. Your ebay store categories are showing. I am assuming that you are no longer having trouble with this. If you are still having problems, please write back at your earliest convenience. It would be helpful if you would leave any errored auctions in your account, and/or let us know in more detail exactly what is happening.

sorry, they seem to be fine now. I did try several times to update and nothing happened. I am thinking now maybe I didn/t "save" the preferences.
