I have this message when I check my listings on Vendio:
Warning: Unable to fetch information from eBay. This is because either your authorization allowing us to send and receive listing information to eBay has expired, or your eBay ID login information was changed on eBay but not updated on Vendio.
I went on EBay and as far as I can tell you should be able to send and receive info from EBay. Also I did not change my login information.
So what's the problem?

It sounds like your token has expired. To update your eBay site ID (and obtain an authorization "token" ), go to My Account -> Auction Site Accounts. Click the 'edit' link under the Action column next to the eBay ID. Enter the updated information, click the "Go to eBay Signin" button and follow the steps. After your ID information is updated, you should be able to launch without error. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble after following these steps.

Nathan

That appears to have been the problem.
It is now fixed.
However I sold an item this morning and it hasn't shown up on my Post Sales section.
Any reason why and how to get it there?

Hello Dennis,
I refreshed this listing for you and it is now showing in your post-sale. For future reference, you can do this yourself by locating the listing in your active listings. Then select the listing and click the Vendio refresh button. Please note that it may take up to 10-15 minutes for the listing to appear in your post-sale after clicking this button.
