I had personalized post sale messages to fit my business. Yesterday (10-30-06) they all changed to the default messages. Why?

Hi there,
Unfortunately this is a side effect of a brief problem we had with our database yesterday. We are aware of the issue but the fix for it is rather convoluted and actually somewhat risky. Although we rarely experience issues with the database, you might consider saving your post sale messages in a document so you can easily restore them in case of a database overload. Post sale messages are the only data affected by this type of problem, and any database issue is normally quickly resolved.
