I am still (Since July!!!) trying to resolve an issue with combining orders using eBay checkout. I have contacted eBay and was told the problem is related to my use of Vendio Checkout redirect.
I was also told that if I disabled this feature that all would return too normal.
This is simply not the case. I am still unable to combine orders via eBay checkout. Can someone please respond? Has anyone else experienced this issue? I am using SMIE.
Is it possible that this problem arises as a result of shipping options?
I really dread the thought of having to pull all of my Vendio listings and canceling my account but it is starting to appear as if this may be my only option.

Hi there,
To the best of our knowledge (per information from eBay) if you disable checkout redirect then your items should combine on eBay from that time forward (with the exception of items that closed with checkout redirect turned on.) If you've disabled this feature and you're having trouble with items that closed, we would suggest contacting eBay to see if they have any insight into the problem.

One other thing - make sure your eBay preferences are set to allow combined purchases (under seller preferences, shipping and discounts, combined payments.)

Everything in eBay is set up correctly as it has been for 3 years. I even had the customer service representative go into my account and manually check my settings to see if I overlooked something.
If the items in question were all launched prior to making the changes that you have (GTC items submitted prior to disabling checkout redirect) then you may need to close and resubmit those items.
I would however clarify with eBay that doing so would in fact correct their issue with allowing you to combine your listings prior to closing any items. (sorry we cannot verify this behavior for you, being that it is outside of the Vendio system.)
