I am not sure I understand how Vendio reviser works to automatically extend item durations. The example in the pdf shows it will select items with less than 12 hours 30 minutes left and extend the duration to the next longer duration. But it also will apply only once every 6 hours.
Will it find every item that drops below 12 hours 30 minutes, revise it, and then check again after exactly 48 hours (which is a multiple of 6) and revise it again?
Or does it only look every 6 hours for items that might be below 12 hours 30 minutes? Which would mean that items that fell below 12 hours in any given 6 hour period could no longer be revised due to eBay's 12 hour rule.
I would assume that if the example works then the 6 hour interval must start when the first revision takes place.
You can ignore the interval settings, as this is just the number of times which you would want to apply the same rule to the same item.
With listing durations you would never be able to apply the same rule within a 6 hour timeframe, so leaving it set to its default of 6 hours will be fine.
The rule is always looking for items that qualify, regardless of the interval at which to apply itself.
