I talked to someone about this issue nearly 3 weeks ago. When I list in Inventory edition, the title (under Inventory) doesn't stop at 55 characters. It will stop only under "site specifics". Unfortunatly, that makes 2 steps to get the title just right. I write it there and go back and paste it under the inventory section. The subtitle also does not cut off at the correct number of characters. It is VERY helpful to know when you have maxed out your characters when listing. This has got to be an easy fix. Could someone please look into it? I've switched from Sales Manager pro to Inventory Edition and this is the one major complaint I have about it. Thanks for your help.

Hi again,
After doing more research into this issue, I have found that this is 'by design' since the main inventory title can be used in your Vendio Store, which does not limit the title to 55 characters. I will log a request for a character counter or other indicator on the inventory tab as I agree you shouldn't have to go back and forth to get the title count right. I do not know when this would be able to be implemented, but for now, using copy/paste should allow you to work around it (maybe create the title in the site specifics tab then copy it to the inventory tab. )

It's me again - just signed in on another name. Thanks for checking into that. I understand about the inventory title for the Vendio Store. It's just nice to put the title there since it's the only place that makes the title show up for the "batch" list when your not in the edit mode. Having a stop in it for the subtitle would be GREAT though. I'll wait to see what happens.
