I have been having comments from my customers that the combined shipping invoice won't let them pay. I have already lost a sale to this problem. Lately, I have been sending two WBN because they don't receive the first one.

The most recent problem was with order #911098976. Could you check on this?

Hello,

This buyer shouldn't have any trouble checking out from the Vendio website, unless they are international as you have only one US option for them to choose from.

What did they say happened when they tried to check out that they could not?

This particular one doesn't appear to have had even the first step completed where they would have entered their address information.
