Last night I changed from Sales manager to Inventory edition. Everything worked fine and I launched on auction (I'm just starting with the help of a friend). However, when I logged in from a different computer, it looks like I'm still on Sales Manager and it doesn't even show that I have an active auction. I thought I'd be able to access my account from another computer when I'm away from home, but it doesn't seem to be working. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi there,

Please try clearing the browser cache and restarting the browser from the remote machine. Changes you make in Sales Manager should be reflected on another computer as the changes take place on our servers, so I suspect you're looking at a cached page.
