Hello -- things are not relisting or launching -- can you tell us what's going on please? And, how long will this be a problem? Thank you.

This is what we reference to see where these delays are coming into play, be it delays on our side with sending the items to eBay or delays in their API and their ability to process them in a timely manner.
Delays in the WBN has *everything* to do with API delays at eBay. If we don't get the notice from eBay that the item has closed (which is where we get the email address and username information for these transactions) then the item cannot close and the WBN cannot be sent.
