Hello,
Were these items reslists of Vendio originated listings? Listed directly on ebay? That is the usual cause for this. One way to ensure that this does not happen in the future is to always list your items through Vendio, and to use the photo preview option located on the ebay site specifics page all the way at the bottom.
you will need to resubmit the correct URL for these listings. In order to obtain the correct URL for the gallery image, open the full-size image from your Image Hosting page by clicking on the image file name link.
Place your pointer/cursor over the image and right-click. Open "properties" and copy and paste the URL from the properties box into the Gallery correction form if you are using Internet Explorer, or click "copy image location" then paste the URL into the Gallery correction form on eBay if you are using Netscape.
Note that the URL obtained using this method will work for correcting your Gallery image, however, it should not be used in listings. This URL will not reset the image deletion flag, so it will not prevent your image from being deleted automatically even if it is actively being used in an auction.

All of these are store items listed through vendio. Vendio does not have an option to have the gallery for store listings only. So we went ahead and did a bulk edit on ebay to turn on gallery for the store items. We need a easy was to do that. You suggestion of clicking on the image to get the link and then clicking on the email and paste the link in to 329 items would take way too long. Assuming we look at the email and find the listing in question and then do what you say it'll take about 5min for each one on a good case scenario which will take us all over 30 hours just to revise these listing. There has to be an easier way. All of the other auction management software we used in the past allows for an easy bulk edit of active listings. Please help.

Hello again Fiona,
Ah, I see. I was getting worried there that they were just going out incorrectly to the marketplace. If you are not using Vendio Reviser, once a listing is active any revisions must be done from the listing venue directly. For more information on Vendio Reviser, please reference this URL:
http://www.vendio.com/my/revise/promo_revise.html
Otherwise, you should find an edit or revise option under seller services on the listing venue. Note that most venues will not allow you to make changes to the item description if the listing is in an auction-type format and there is a bid, but you should be able to add to the description even in this case.
If you need further assistance editing your active listing on the venue directly, please contact the Customer Service department of the listing venue.

Hello Chasedexpress,
Our reviser won't actually allow you to apply specific images to specific items anyway.
There is no way to easily do what you want to do given that you have already launched all the items.
What I would suggest in the future is to copy all those items so that you can have an auction version with no gallery and an Store version that has gallery assigned.
Its easier to do than you might think.
-Set your View Options to see 50 items per page.
-Select all 50 by clicking the box in the column header row.
-click the green Copy button
-In the little menu that drops down, choose to create a specific folder to move them to so that you can keep them seperate from the others.
-Now enable/or disable the gallery-as needed-by using bulk edit.
Now you have two sets of items set up for the markets and options that you use them for.
Best,
Abe
