Is there a way if an item is not paid for and the dispute is ended to get that off my inventory as "to be shipped" and have it added to the inventory of available items without having to manually enter it.

Hello Bruce,

Unfortunately, no. You would have to go in and manually make this change. We are going to add the ability in the coming months to automatically add this back into inventory.
