I have an Xbox Karaoke Revolution Dance Party video game that I am currently selling. Over two weeks ago I changed the title from: XBOX VIDEO GAME Karaoke Revolution Party FREE SHIPPING! to XBOX VIDEO GAME Karaoke Revolution Party BY KANOMI. This is due to us starting to charge for shipping. I just checked out ebay (after two customer complaints) and it is still being listed with Free Shipping. As you can imagine this is causing quite a few headaches. Is there a cliche somewhere or am I doing something wrong. I checked my description and there is no mention of free shipping, the title has been changed, and there is no copied listing. I hope you can help me get this figured out!
I do see that you have changed the title of your inventory item. However, the eBay Site Specifics title has not yet been edited. You may change this by selecting the inventory item to edit. Then go to the "Site Specifics" tab --> click the edit icon for "Title, SKU & UPC/ISBN" --> edit your title --> click "OK" and save. This will change the eBay title for your future listings. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble with this.

Thank you so much. I kept clicking on Default but I just went ahead and just added that title..just to be safe.
