I have three items showing as having one each on market. I have nothing listed at this time and I am unable to correct these figures. How do I change these to show zero.
If the quantity at market is incorrect for a specific SMIE inventory item, you can manually adjust the quantity. To do this, locate the inventory item and click on the number in the “Quantities on Market” column (this will open the item history page.)
Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Here you can adjust the following information:
1. The quantity on market (site specific).
2. The price on market (site specific).
3. The quantity to ship.
When you are done, make sure you click “Save”.
Please note: We recommend that you check your Active listings to see if there are any items that have not yet been recognized as closed before you adjust your Qty on Market. If there are items that have not been recognized as closed, please click the check-boxes next to them and then click the "Refresh" button in Sales Manager. Wait approximately 5 - 20 minutes and refresh your browser. Your Qty on Market will automatically adjust once the items are recognized as closed, and manually adjusting them will throw off your Qty on Market value when the items are recognized as closed by our system.

I guess I did not make myself clear. I had already tried that. It shows that I have zero on market when I open the history page so it will not adjust. On the inventory page, it shows one on market.
I was able to make this change for the Clarinet earrings inventory item. I believe the problem is that the "Quantity on Market" field defaults to "eBay Auction". Your items that are showing are "eBay Fixed Price", so you will first need to select "eBay Fixed Price" from the drop-down menu. Then it should show the number "1" and you can change it to "0" and save. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble with this.
