I need to export my orders so I can do things such as send orders to a fulfillment center, import to Quickbooks, send drop ship orders, etc.
The only export function I can find is for orders ready to ship. This does not work well since it does not export the payment date. Also, orders that have already been exported but not shipped would be exported again. Note that I could make this work if there were an option to check box "4".
Is there any other export function that may suit my needs. I can not imagine that this issue is unique to me!

The Export shipping page and the archived listing pages are the only two currently where you can pull data in CSV format.
In the archived listing data it does include the following field:
'Date Payment Received'
Unfortunately you wouldn't really want to use this until you were done processing the items as your required to archive the listing prior to being able to export the data. (though you can restore them back into the account when finished)
Click the 'Sales Archive' link along the left side of the Sales Manager page for more info.
Watch the announcements page in the future however as we may have something in the works to help accommodate this request.

Hi! Being able to export sales information would be wonderful. I would use it for different reasons than mentioned but it would be a great way to help us keep on top of our inventory.
Using PayPal's export to a quickbooks file worked really well for me a couple of weeks ago. It made my data entry minimal. One draw back is you cannot download the whole year as data drops out. You can however do each month and that works really well.
