Hello,

If you are subscribed to one of the Sales Manager plans that has a Vendio listing fee (every Sales Manager plan except for the Variable Rate Power Plan), then you are charged a Vendio listing fee once for each 30 day period that an eBay store item is active.

Regards,
Nathan

ouuuuuuuuuch

So vendio charges between 2 times to 4 times what ebay charges.

Ouch! that's sneaky I didn't realize that before.

So when store listing on ebay was one penny, Vendio was charging me 20 times more for listing.

When vendio charges listing fees for auctions and fixed price, it is providing VALUE for us.But when you charge the same for ebay stores that 's just a sneaky cash-sucking tactic. The thing that I'm not used to with Vendio.

I was about to lauch 1500 at my ebay store.I 'm glad I caught those fees.

Hello,

I'm sorry that you feel this way. If you would like to not pay Vendio listing fees then I recommend that you switch to the Sales Manager Variable Rate Power Plan.

Please note that our policy on this is clearly stated on our pricing page.

Regards,
Nathan

I was told before that there is no charge for ebay store listing when it is automactically relisted. This does not mean free listing.I was charged when I list the item the first time, and if the item was sold, there was a charge for relist. That was fair.

That's not the issue. You can charge any thing you want.
My point is charging 4 times what ebay charges for a listing on ebay store is quite a rip off, espcially for high volume sellers. This just contradits Vendio stellar reputation.
