I sold my first item in my Vendio Store and I was looking at the store some hours later and it was still available for purchase. I went into Inventory of Sales Manager and deleted it before someone tried to purchase it.
If you still had some quantity available listed for the item, that is normal. Nothing will appear available for sale in your Vendio storefront that has less than a quantity of one available in inventory.
