this has been bugging me for years and im hoping there is a fix, i have to change two images every time i make a new listing, one for the inventory and one for the ebay gallery, shouldn't there be a way to make the gallery in site specifics default and mirror the inventory image?

You can set up your defaults to use the first image in the listing as the eBay gallery image. Please note that this would only work for future new inventory items. To set this as the default, go to "My Account" --> "eBay" (below "Site Specifics" ) --> scroll down to the "Features" section and select "Select the first image in listing as the Gallery image" in the "eBay Gallery" section.
