It would depend on the specific wording that you are trying to remove. Some of the wording is a default that can be changed at the time that you create the listing. Other wording (such as the Custom Listing Text that can be located by going to "Global Preferences" --> "Custom Listing Text" will pull whatever information is entered into this section at the time that you list. However, in the case of the Custom Listing Text, you can use a template where you have turned off the Custom Listing Text, and then it won't appear.
