I have just had two items sell, when I only had one in inventory:
280081846782
280082226614
and one item still shows in inventory as still on auction, but it is not on eBay and has already closed and been paid for
280081849125
Additionally, I have other items that are showing in inventory as still on auction which have already closed, and more that are listed twice on eBay but only show as one listing in auction, one in inventory.
I now have to go through and physically count each and every item in my physical inventory and I AM NOT HAPPY. I know that there are many more errors that I have not discovered yet.

Hello,
Note that you are not using the Inventory Edition of our program, rather the old Merchandising Edition.
If your using the Inventory functionality of the Merchandising Edition of the Sales Manager - you need to switch as soon as possible as the system your on currently isn't nearly as full featured or bulletproof as the Inventory Edition.
Note that in the version your using if anything happens while the item is active that keeps it from showing up in your closed Sales Manager page - that item will always have its quantity off.
As for the current items in question:
280081846782 - submitted to eBay at 2007-02-11 21:24:05
Item is closed, & sold.
Item is a relisted auction (280078998158 was the original item this item came from, which was also done from inventory).
Item was launched from SMME inventory (SKU = AA49 / UPC = 25744).
280082226614 - submitted to eBay at 2007-02-12 21:08:04
Item is closed & sold.
Item was launched from SMME inventory (SKU = AA49 / UPC = 25744).

Now if you prefer to keep your current system, we can have someone from engineering run a patcher to correct any quantities that are showing at market when they are not.
One of the (many) advantages of the Inventory Edition of our Sales Manager is that if anything happens where one of your items 'quantity at market' totals are off you can manually correct it as needed.
