Hi,
One of my listings has vanished from my inventory in SMIE. I'm pretty sure I have not deleted it. Can you restore it from the backup?

STAINLESS STEEL HOOD LATCHES for HUMMER H2

Thanks,
Jack

Hello Jack,

This item is still in your account.

SKU: H20002sc

The full eBay title: "Pro-One Chrome Billet Aluminum Hood Latches Hummer H2"

There are currently 11 items at market.

Christopher

Christopher,
Thank you for responding.

I was referring to a different auction. For example eBay auction #260073126065, 260066230833. Exact title: STAINLESS STEEL HOOD LATCHES for HUMMER H2.

You can find them in Post Sale summary but not in current inventory.

Thanks,
Jack

Hello,

Unfortunately the master copy from inventory does appear to have since been deleted, and (from what we can track) it was removed from inventory on 02/04/2007.

There were errors on this item at the time that would have kept future items from posting without an error message from eBay about international insurance costs (if that rings a bell, perhaps why it was cleared?)

Regards,
Christopher

Christopher,
This listing appears to disappear only from my inventory but it was in Vendio schedule until now. I have received error:

The venue ebaymotors has possibly returned the following message:

Launch operation failed because the inventory item was not found

How it is possible? I thought when I delete an item it should be also deleted from a schedule.

Anyway, I hope you keep some kind of backup of customer's stuff on your servers. Can't you just restore it?

Thanks
Jack

Hello,

No, if you delete the item it won't stop you from being able to click to relist it from the closed section. Unfortunately without the master copy in inventory, the item will fail with the mentioned error message.

In database failures we do keep a backup of customer data that we can restore, but this is just a single item your looking to bring back. Unfortunately there is no option to simply undelete a single item or restore it from a recycle bin type location.

Regards,
Christopher
