Today, I have about 8 customers so far having problems checking out!!

Vendio staff: Are you aware of any checkout issues today,Or is the problem on my end?

Hello,

PayPal may be having some issues with accepting payments when no phone number has been provided.

Our engineering team is checking into this issue as we speak. Check to see if you can include a phone number on the checkout details for the buyers reporting trouble, to see if that makes it where PayPal will accept payment without error.

I am having the same problems and have irate customers that keep trying to checkout and can't. Please help!

Has any progress been made on this? I have over 150 orders that cannot pay for their items!! Let me know

I'm also having the same problems. Many customers unable to checkout and pay through PayPal using Vendio. Any progress being made with this issue?
