Several months ago, I signed up for Andale's free counter service for my eBay items. They would automatically add some HTML code to my listings for the counter, and they provided a handy overview list where I could see the counts on all of my auctions in one place.
Now, I listed some items today for the first time in over 3 months (long story...). The Andale counter code was added as usual, and it seems to be counting correctly, however the overview page is no longer available. Instead, I get taken to a Vendio sign-in page. After I sign in, I get taken....well, nowhere. No counters, nothing.
I've searched and searched and cannot find any kind of "free" counter service being offered by Vendio, despite what it says on several of their web pages. I also can't find how to STOP Andale/Vendio from adding the counter code to my auctions. Can anyone help me with this? TIA!
What is the username for your existing Andale account? You can simply log in to your existing Andale account by going to http://www.vendio.com and clicking on the green "Log In" link at the top right of the page. After you have logged in you should be able to get to your counters page as normal.

My old Andale account name was "canpaul". When I try to log in under that name, I'm not successful: "We could not find the user account you specified, or the password you have entered is incorrect." As far as I know, the password I enter IS correct. Anyway, I tried clicking on the "I forgot my password" link, enter "canpaul", and I never receive any email from Vendio allowing me to reset my password.
You had both a Vendio and Andale account with the name "canpaul". The Andale account was renamed to "canpaul-07" (it had appeared to have the least activity at the time that it was renamed). Please log in to the account with the username "canpaul-07" and let us know if you continue to have trouble.
