Good morning. I would like to kick of my holiday season with a promotional email to past customers and offer a discount for purchases made over a one week period. I know how to create the email and send it (I think) but how do offer the discount and process the discount (is there a place where I can use a discount code? Is there a specific tutorial on this that I am missing?

Hi... Here is a similar question I asked about one week ago...
How can I offer a particular customer a discount or "coupon"... or how
can I discount the prices of all Vendio store items at the same time,
like a 25% sale, etc.
And here was the answer...
It's not available at this time- that is a great suggestion, and I will
be happy to pass your message along to our product development team for
evaluation. We are in the process of compiling customer feedback on all
services, so your suggestion will be seen by one of our product
managers.

Thank you for replying. I actually reduced the store price and emailed the promotional letter today....We shall see how it works out.
For anyone from Vendio reading this email. You are offering Web Hosting services and Customer management services. A promotional letter (sale) withthe ability to use a promotional code for a percentage or set dollar amount really should be offered with these services as standard with the services. If you are going to be a full service site, it should come with all the bells and whistles.
