I just updated my images with new pics. I did overwrite the old images with the new images. When I click on the eBay auction listing the gallery is showing up correctly. The image is NOT CORRECT when I do a search on eBay. Also, the old images are still showing up in Image Hosting in Vendio.
I have tried refreshing the Vendio image page a lot. Each refresh will alternate between the old image and the new image. Very confusing.
Should I just wait awhile and hope everything shows up correctly?
About how long ago did you make the change? It can sometimes take time before the changes will appear in eBay. Please try clearing your browser cache and allow about an hour for the changes to appear.
Also note that for the eBay gallery image you will need to revise the listing directly through eBay. You can just replace the image (while keeping the image name the same) in Vendio for most images in your active listings, but for the eBay gallery image just changing the image in Vendio will not make the change -- you will need to revise the listing through eBay to change the eBay gallery image.
Please let us know if you continue to have trouble with this after clearing your browser cache and allowing about an hour for the changes to all go through. If you are still having trouble, please let us know a listing number and image name so that we can take a look.
