Hi
The last few days I have been unable to archive my unsold items. I can relaunch items. I can select items, click archive but when I get to confirm archive the pages seem to time out. After trying to archive for a few days I am frustrated enough to stop trying, unfortunately, it is hindering my re-listing.
In the past couple of hours I am having problems adding new images to my items. The images are in my evening image files but when I attempt to attach them to an item, they don't show up on the list of choices. Here are the numbers of the particular images and the sku of the items. The items are in my +evening folder and the photos are in my evening folder. The numbers are: sku-Mhf-930264I-20Wbk, image Mhf930264I20Wbklc.jpg, Mhf930264I20Wbklc4.jpg, Mhf930264I20Wbklc3.jpg, mhf930264I20Wbklc1.jpg.
sku- Mhf-934106-18Wwtgld, image Mhf93410618wivgld.jpg, Mhf93410618wivgld1.jpg,
Mhf93410618wivgld2.jpg
Mhf93410618wivgld3.jpg, mhf93410618wivgld4.jpg.
I uploaded these images last night and again this morning.
Please help ASAP, I need to get these launched to eBay asap.

Hello Paula,
We are aware of the problem you are reporting with archiving, and it has been escalated to our engineering group as a high-priority issue. We are actively evaluating the issue and hope to have a resolution shortly.
In the meantime, to work around the problem, please archive 30 items or less at one time.

In regards to the images in your "Evening" folder, you have quite a few images in this folder and they do not all fit on one page. In order to locate the other images, after you have selected to edit the images in an inventory item, first select "Evening" from the "Folder" drop-down box. Then, at the bottom right of the list of images select "Page 2". You should then be able to see the rest of the images that are in that folder. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble with this.
