HI!
I just tried to edit some items in my inventory and in red it tells me INVALID ITEMS LIST.
Under that it says - There are no items to display.
The item was checked. I even tried just clicking on the item. It come up then but when I try to save the information it says INVALID DATA FORMAT with the same message again under it. I'm just trying to change the quantity available. I tried on random others and I'm getting the same message.
HELP!! I was planning to do a TON of listing today!!!
Thanks!
Karen

Hello Karen,
I checked one of your inventory items and I was unable to duplicate the problem. If you haven't already, please try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps. If it does not, please provide the name of one specific inventory item where you had this problem so that we can take a closer look. Also let us know what browser and version you are using.

I had similar problems I contacted support and answers were:
"The issue you are facing looks to be a browser issue."
"I tried and can't duplicate the error, please be more specific"
When I got frustrated I received the following answer:
"We are in the process of moving to the new data center and during this move, you might have experienced this. We will try our best to make sure we don't cause any inconvenience to our customers.
I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Hello,
veropierre - This would have been on your Andale style account, not in your 'veropierre' account that your posting from now (which is on the classic Vendio platform.)
meyers - Note that the above issue would be most likely unrelated to the problem mentioned above. If it persists, please let us know so we can test this further with you.
