We are not receiving an email notice when there is a purchase from our Vendio Store. Will someone please point me in the right direction? I can't find where on this site to see where or if the notices are being sent to us.

Hello Bill,
I checked your account, and I am seeing that it is currently set so that you should be receiving an email when one of your Vendio Store items sells. Did you make any changes to your Vendio account settings recently? The notices are sent to the the main email address that is on file for your account.

please give a reply regarding how and where to make a change. since we are not receiving any notices, there's no telling which of 100 email accounts we have, the notices may be going to.

Hello Bill,
You can change this email address by changing the email address that is on file for your account. To do this go to "My Account" --> "Personal Info" --> "edit/verify" next to your current email address --> then follow the steps.
