I just received an email from a shopper requesting images be emailed as they are not showing. They are not showing in my inventory or in my images.
Is that server down?
Thanks

Hello Paula,
My apologies for the late response to your question. We did experience a problem with two of our image hosting caches last night, which prevented some images from being displayed (affecting all accounts with images stored on these servers.) This has been resolved as of about 2:00 am PDT. Note that if you launched listings with Gallery images and the image was not viewable at the time of launch, the Gallery images were most likely rejected by eBay. To fix this:
1. Go to the listing on eBay
2. Sign in to your eBay account, and click the 'Revise your item' link
3. In the section labeled 'Bring your item to life with pictures', click the 'Add Pictures' button
4. The popup will confirm the URL of the image you submitted. Leave this in tact, and just click the 'Insert Pictures' button
5. Click 'continue' at the bottom of the page
6. Click 'submit revisions' at the bottom of the next page
After taking these steps, eBay will reimport the available Gallery image for this item. Note that it can take a few hours for eBay to update their Gallery image database, so the Gallery image may not be available immediately.
Thank you, and we do apologize for this inconvenience.
