I have a program that can map a csv file for seamless import to QB Pro. Is there a location or way to have all the sales' data - buyer name, address, zip, phone, product, price, email address, etc., etc. saved in a csv format?

Many thanks,
Bill

Hello Bill,

We do not currently have an option to download a .csv file that is designed to work with QuickBooks.

It is possible to export buyer information to a .csv file, but that export feature is specifically designed for the purposes of shipping. In order to do this you will first need to make sure that step 3 is checked for the order in post-sale, but step 5 is not checked. Then go to "Sales Manager" --> "Post Sale" --> "Export Shipping" --> select the "CSV (generic text format)" file format option --> select the listings and click the "Export" button.

While it is unlikely that this will contain all of the information you require, it might be worth it to take a look.

Also, I have passed your suggestion along to the product manager. This is a common request, and while I do not currently have any definite information available, I believe it is likely that this will be available in the future.

Edited to add: I just noticed that you had asked a different question about exporting shipping for Endicia. This would be a similar process to exporting shipping for Endicia, but you would select the generic file format instead.

Regards,
Nathan
