if i am trying to send the post-receipt message (PSM Step # 8), does Step # 8 need to be checked before i can successfully send the message?
or, any of the steps in PSM for that matter.... do they need to be checked off first before we can send the email/message through Vendio PSM?
it seems that i'm getting an awful lot of bounced emails and we just started utilizing PSM Step # 8.

Hello Joe,
No, you do not have to check any of the steps in post-sale before you can send the emails/messages.
If you continue to have trouble with bounced emails, please forward one of the bounced emails to [email protected], with a brief description of the problem, so that we can take a look.
