I haven't used Vendio for a while, but I have saved all my old auctions as archives for future listings. After looking at many auctions, I see that many of them have the same description in them. They shouldn't - they should all be unique. There is NO way I would have ever made a mistake that would have caused this to happen. I need to find out if there is some way to go back to those original descriptions? This must be a problem with Vendio. Please let me know what I can do.
When you say you saved these items as archives, are these items simply in your inventory, or did you have to restore old items back from the archived data page?
If you have any examples to check into we may be able to assist.
Please let us know the name of one inventory item where you have had this problem, a listing number for the inventory item that is incorrect, and exactly what text is incorrect in the active listing.
