I have had Vendio account for years and I have been always impressed with the outstanding support.
Recently, I have opened another account.The new account seems to acutally be andale.
I don't mind that, but it seems there is no one there.No support.No answering email questions.
My last question was so basic and the support can't even provide a correct answer.
My latest simple question was :
Do you have a forum where members can post questions and help each other ?
The answer was :

well that took me to this forum,and the problem is I couldn't post a new question from the new account.In addition, the services and automation are diffrent.
Now my question is :
with my new account, how do I get andale to answer email questions.
And without trying to be sarcastic, is there really a support team behind Andale produts and services.
If you preferred the style of the tools and support team on the Vendio flavour, you CAN get a Vendio style account still. Just as an FYI, unless you prefer the new tools you have access to now.
On the Andale flavoured side of things there is no community support forum at this time. As we work to bring the two systems together and work torwards a new listing tool that we all use, we would eventually have a unified support team for the services.
Yes, the Andale flavour of tools has their own support team at this time, and they answer email and also offer a callback service the same as we do here. Im sorry to hear you ran into trouble recently with that system, and assure you this is not the norm. Given the chance im sure they will be more than happy to assist you with whatever issues you were working on.

Attention Vendio:
Eventhough I've been thrilled with vendio service for years.But my recent experience with "adale" side is a nightmare after nighmare.
Today I realized adale has been charged the other account that I have cancelled months ago.
Please stop and refund the fraudulent charges!!!!!

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the support on the Andale 'side'. I can assure you that this will improve as we have just consolidated our CRM system and transitioned off of the system we were using before as of yesterday.
We looked into your issue and have found that your closure request was inadvertently closed by the system as it was submitted via email to our Counters ticket box. The Counters product had an automated system managing tickets, but because of issues like this we will not be using auto-responders to resolve issues going forward.
As far as your initial complaint regarding posting in community, there appears to be a bug in the community forums for Andale 'flavor' accounts, which will be logged with our engineering department.
We have closed your alternate account and will credit any fees applied since your closure request.
We do apologize for the oversight and any inconvenience.

I still need to talk to someone in person about my nightmare experience.
Either through email or even better yet though the phone.
