At one point we used the Vendio checkout feature and used checkout redirect from eBay. We quickly changed our mind and decided to just use the eBay checkout system due to customer requests.
When we set up the eBay checkout redirect we copied and pasted the standard (recommended) text that Vendio suggested. We have removed this text but it is still showing up on our ads more than a year later.
The only way that we have found to remove this text (located in the ebay ad under additional payment instructions) is to manual remove it from each ad.
As if this were not annoying enough, it is still being listed in new ads. What does it take to get this off our ads?
Here are two ads I posted today in order to see if it is coming from ebay or vendio.
380011495707 vendio test ad
ebay test ad 380011493575
Are you referring to the text "If you are the winning bidder, please use my Vendio Checkout for fastest processing of your order! Click the Checkout button in the item listing to go directly to my checkout page. You can also click on the link in the email that I will send you after the auction closes."?
I do see that you have successfully changed this text for your future new inventory items. However, for your existing inventory items, you will need to edit them prior to relisting. You may make this change for your existing inventory items by first selecting them to edit. Then go to the "Site Specifics" tab and edit the "Checkout" section. Then edit the "Payment Instructions & Return Policy" section.
