Another week gone by and problem is worsening! Why don't you CHANGE the IP range for the 208.82.240.93 OFFENDING Mailserver?? Looking at error messages, this server 208.82.240.93 is the WORST server that is blocked. Change the DNS, change something to FIX ( mailer01-red.auctionwatch.com ) instead of waiting for the ADMIN stuff to be processed with ATT and BABY BELLS.
This has been an issue for MONTHS and is accelerating. Affecting our reputation and costing us human resource time to resend hundreds of bounced email! HELP NOW PLEASE!!

This email issue with email bouncing is accelerating it appears. Within
the past 72 hours, we have had over 75 email bounced and blocked due to
mailservers at AuctionWatch. BELOW are a some of the errors.
Biggest ISPs seem to be related to ATT, SBC, BellSouth etc. In other
words, the Baby Bells and AT&T. SBCglobal.net is the BIGGEST single ISP
problem!
Please update us on the status of this issue. Please let us know when
our customers will begin to get email as intended. This is affecting
our
reputation and has become a BIG problem! Please HELP! Escalate and
resolve, this has been a problem for months and is costing us $$
We have been told a long time this is being worked on!

Our engineers are working on this, and we hope to have it resolved shortly. I do not have a specific eta available currently. While there has been some progress, it is unfortunately not a quick process. I do apologize for the problems that this has caused for you. Thank you for your patience.

OUR FIRST REPORT ON THIS WAS 18 FEBRUARY 2008. It is NOW 25 APRIL 2008. Problem worsening! FIX! 176 bounces from your email servers in the past 48 hours!

We have heard this for MONTHS! There are other ways around this issue to resolve YOUR BLACKLIST problem. Get creative! Please, this is causing MAJOR problems with our reputation and resources!
