OK, NOW I'm confused. In "Unsolds", if it says "Relist/Non-Refundable" am I to assume this auction was only listed once and if I relist it THIS time, the list fee will NOT be refunded if it does NOT sell this 2nd time and only refunded if it DOES? And if it just says "Relist" it means it has already been listed twice with no sale so there will be no refund if it sells this time? This is what I always have thought but just want to make sure.
OK, about "Importeds" in "Unsolds". I import a few times a month cuz I frequently miss Second Chance Offers that have been accepted and they don't readily show up in my "Closed" unless I refresh over and over or "Track" each specifically which is hard to keep track - you have to get their item numbers, blah, blah, blah - a big hassle. So I've just been "Importing" but now see all the Second Chance non-accepted auctions are coming over in the importeds which they don't do unless imported, and they end up being a big mess in "Unsolds" cuz if I launch them again, all the text I have that is automatically added to the bottom of my auctions gets on there twice, the postage is not entered in them and on and on - BUT they also say Relist/Non-Refundable so I am tempted to think I will get refunded if they sell the 2nd time BUT I didn't think Second Chance Offers were offered that same chance as regular auctions.I'd like to just delete the Importeds if they are all Second Chancers if they have no refund possible cuz they are such a mess and need lots of editing but will go thru the hassle of editing them if I can get the refund if they sell the second time. I believe Second Chance Offers USED to have a zero in the "Hits" column previously and they were easy to spot and not relist but that seems to have changed somewhere along the line. Hope I'm making sense. Please help me out.

Hello,

Any relist that is done through the "All Closed" section of your account that qualifies for eBay's relist credit will receive a relist credit from eBay. In general, if it says "Relist/Non-Refundable" it means that it does not qualify for a relist credit based on eBay rules.

Second Chance Offers that are sent through Vendio will show "SCO". Rather than sending your Second Chance Offers through eBay and importing them into Vendio, please send them through Vendio instead. The setup guide for Second Chance Offers (and Best Offer) can be located here:

Please let us know should you have any trouble with this.

Regards,
Nathan
