I am not sure that I understand your question. Are you asking how to request a credit for final value fees when you have a non-paying bidder?
In the event of a non-paying bidder, you may request a refund of the final value
fee (please be aware that the listing fee is not refundable.) In order to qualify for the refund, you will need to provide proof from the auction site that you had a non-paying bidder to get a refund to your account.
As proof, we will accept a copy and paste of the line item from your eBay statement, showing the refund from eBay. You may copy and paste it directly into the text field in the refund request form, available at:
I don't understand why it's so hard to file for FVF credits on Vendio. First, I always have to look for this post to find the address. I have looked all over the site and can't find anywhere to ask for the credit. Then to request a credit I have to have 3 windows open. 1st with my post sale summary to see which orders were not paid for, the 2nd is my statement to get the reference number and the 3rd is screen to ask for the credit with the ref. ID number. Can vendio not make it easier to request a FVF credit?Could they just make a button on our post sale summary that we can click and then state the reason for requesting the credit? It sure is a lot of time consuming work!

Well here I am again searching and searching for this post to request final value fee credits on store no pay sales! I will bookmark this page this time. Why can't Vendio make a place to click to request credits? If there is a place, please tell me where it is!

Ok, that link took me to My Account: Request refund.
So I opened another vendio screen and clicked on My Account......now where do you go to get to the refund page? I do not see it anywhere!! This should not be this hard!
