I want to update my 30 day fixed price listings to offer free shipping. Unfortunately, I just launched many of them to ebay a few days ago. If I go into Ebay and edit the shipping cost there (to free shipping) what will happen when my customers check out using Vendio check out? Will Vendio still charge the shipping I input when I launched them? If so are there any other options? Thanks so much for your help! Kathy

Hello Kathy,

If you revise the listings through eBay directly, then this will not change the listings in Vendio. However, you can edit the listings in Vendio for the purpose of Vendio checkout. To do this, go to "Sales Manager" --> "Listings" --> "Active Listings" --> select the listing and click "Set WBN" --> select the listing again and click "Edit WBN" --> then edit the "Shipping Carriers" section and save the changes.

Regards,
Nathan
