Hi there, I am full of questions lately. Thanks for working with me! Ebay is making several changes in October: (1)no longer allowing you to accept money orders, (2) requiring a return policy, (3) allowing you to disclose your handling time and listing items with USPS Express shipping as "Get it Fast" items, and (4) providing discounted fees for listing with free shipping. Is there some where on Vendio where all of these changes are being discussed with regards to Vendio? I need to know how to make sure all of these issues are being addressed. I think I have changed all of the payment (money order) issues directly on my inventory items. Can I change my return policy in one place for all of my listings if I didn't specifically have something in each inventory item before? Is there some where on Vendio to input the handling time and request Get it Fast listings on Ebay? If I enter zero in the first domestic shipping box, will "free shipping" show up on my ebay fixed price listings? Sorry for so many Q's, but good old Ebay is changing it seems by the day.

Yes, you can do this via the My Account - Site Specifics - eBay page. When you set your return policy here you can also check to set this as your default.
We will be adding the handling time here as well, so you can default that prior to its requirement at eBay.

Once the handling time feature is added, the get it fast logo should appear as long as you list one of the following carriers with a one day handling time:

# UPS Next Day AirŽ
# UPS Next Day Air SaverŽ
If I enter zero in the first domestic shipping box, will "free shipping" show up on my ebay fixed price listings?
Yes, but we also added an option to the eBay shipping details section for the eBay checkout specifics.
On the Site Specifics tab in your inventory item, click to edit the checkout field. Under the eBay Shipping and Payment Details field, check the box labeled 'Offer free shipping with the first eBay-supported carrier.'
