I ended a bunch of store listings early on Ebay so I can do some updates and relaunch. The problem is Vendio doesn't update and now I am stock with an inventory count nightmare. I show listings still live that are not. My questions is, how do I end listings early so Vendio recognizes it?
When you end an item early, it sometimes takes eBay a while to transmit this information to us. It can actually take up to 24 hours for the items to appear in your closed list (with inventory adjusted.) Please don't adjust your inventory manually, as the inventory will auto-adjust when the items are finally recognized as closed.

The whole 24 hour waiting didn't work for me. I have about 350 listings that I ended early on Ebay and Vendio never updated.
As a result my inventory is really messed up. Manually updating the counts is very time-consuming and counter-productive since this is the entire reason why I went to a marketplace management program.
When this happens, you can usually push the process along by going to your list of active listings. Then select the listings and click the Vendio "Refresh" button. This will force the listings to update more quickly (note that it might take 10 - 15 minutes after clicking the Vendio Refresh button).

I followed your instructions NathanCS and it appears that this fixed my problem. I appreciate the quick response and suggest to anybody else having a similar problem to try refreshing your ACTIVE item list.

As promised, I am reporting back regarding my test. I ended an item last night, and about 12 hours later it was automatically added back into my Vendio inventory count (and then relisted per my auto-launch settings).
So, it did work CORRECTLY.
Also, glad to know about the REFRESH on the ACTIVE item list to speed things along. Thanks for posting that, Nathan.
