We have had a few customers in the last few weeks say they went to the checkout and their browser tells them it is not a secure site. So they will not go through the checkout. I know that one of them was on a Mac. Not sure what OS or browser ver.
Has other Vendio seller had any problems like this?
What is one of the listing numbers where you have had this problem? Also, what is the exact text of the error message that they are receiving? There are some browsers that will warn you when you move from a secure page to a non-secure page. The message can look scary, but is really just letting you know that you have finished with the secure section of the website (https) and are moving to the non-secure section (http). At what point exactly in the checkout process are they receiving the error?
