I have a situation right now where I have several items on backorder for my cusotmer.
They have paid and it was in the Items to Ship area.
But because of their age they have disappeared from the page.
I don't think any outstanding items that haven't shipped should be removed.
They should stay on until I declare thme shipped.
Can anything be gone to do that?
The same issue resides in Item Waiting Payment.

The item I sold on 12/11 I had to go to the archive to retrieve.
This item is on backorder and customer is waiting for me to receive it so he can pay for it.
There are others as far back as early Nov.

Hello Dennis,
There is a preference in your account on how long items should sit in the closed area before being archived and yours was set to the max available at 12 weeks. We logged into your account and simply turned this feature off, which will now save all closed data until you manually archive it or until its over 2 years old (when the system will automatically purge it.)
