I try to write this without any signs of anger.
A customer just completed Order #2024231170 and paid via PayPal. This customer is located in Germany. The item was purchased on eBay. Shipping by USPS Priority Mail International should have been $13.95.
Guess what?????? The calculated shipping was free!
What a buy for my international friends. Can anyone give me a reason for this being calculated as free! I would certainly like to know.

I guess it is always a possibility that the notation of free shipping was a result of a glich caused by the checkout change required by eBay.
However, since the buyer has conveniently avoided answering my emails, and the refund of his payment, I suspect that the buyer just did not choose a shipping option at checkout.
I am very surprised the payment could have been effected from checkout, without choosing a shiiping option.
