Hello! I normally use USPS calculated or fixed shipping on the majority of my auctions. However, I have a couple of very heavy items that I would like to use UPS calculated shipping on instead. I can't seem to figure out how to use UPS calculated shipping. I keep getting an error message when I try to launch saying that atleast one calculated carrier must be selected. I have selected UPS as my shipping option and when I try to click on the link in shipping that says click here to launch UPS calcualted shipping (domestic only) nothing seems to happen. Can anyone help? Thanks so much!

Hello,

Before you can offer calculated UPS shipping, you will first need to setup a UPS account within your Vendio account. To do this, please go to "My Account" --> "Global Preferences" --> scroll down to the "Calculated Shipping Options" section --> click on the register link for UPS at the top of this section and follow the steps.

Should you continue to have trouble with this after setting up the UPS account, please let us know the name of one of the inventory items that you are having trouble with and we will take a closer look.
