Hi there! I have a question regarding shipping. I would like to make several different shipping options available to my customers so they can choose the one that works best for them. Specifically, I would like to offer two forms of USPS Priority Mail...a fixed rate fee of $9.85 for the flat rate box and a calculated rate for USPS Priority in case it might be cheaper for their particular zip code or if the package is a little lighter than most. I tried entering several options on one listing, but see that only the fixed $9.85 option shows up since I have my domestic auctions set under fixed shipping. Is there any way to make different options available? Thanks in advance!
It is only possible to show either the fixed or calculated options in the eBay section of the listing, unfortunately. However, the other options will show within the description section of your listing, and at Vendio checkout. Please note that you may specify whether you show the fixed or calculated options in the eBay sections by first selecting your inventory item to edit. Then go to the "Site Specifics" tab and edit the "Checkout" section. If you would like the calculated options to show, then select "Calculated" from the domestic drop-down box. If you would like the fixed options to show, then select "Fixed" from the domestic drop-down box.
